Planned switching operations in power grids (e.g., for maintenance or construction) are a common, expensive and safety-critical process in power grids. PSIcommand and PSIgridmobile simplify and optimize this process by connecting field crews directly with the control system. This reduces manual work for field crews and control room staff. Additionally, they improve work safety.

In this webcast, we summarize the current PSI-tools for planning, validating, approving, and executing planned switching operations in power grids with a special focus on automation opportunities when using the PSIgridmobile mobile app.
